What are you methods of payment?

We accept all major debit/credit cards, pre-paid cards and Paypal.
Please make sure the billing information you’ve entered matches your credit card billing address. For Example: street/city/state/zip must match EXACTLY.
Ensure that there are no typos or misspellings with your name, street address, city, state, and zip code and avoid using abbreviations unless they appear that way on your statement.
Call your issuing bank to ensure that your bank has recently updated their online transaction database. In some cases, the address they have entered into their online address verification system is outdated.

All forms of payment are subject to verification and review by XMOD Teks.
We reserve the right to refuse to process any transaction, sale, or shipment of orders due to suspected fraud or unauthorized or illegal activity.
We do not accept personal checks or money orders as a form of payment for online orders.


Do you ship internationally outside of the U.S.?

We do not ship to international locations other than U.S. Territories and Military APO/FPO addresses.

We do not ship to known freight forwarders, and orders to such will be canceled.

 


I tried to place an order and it says declined

If for some reason you have received a message when placing your order that the card was declined we suggest that you contact you financial institution or the card issuing bank.
Please note that XMOD Teks does not have physical possession of your funds in the event of a decline.
Depending on your bank's policy, declined funds will be returned to your account as available funds usually with in a 24-72 business day period.

What currency are your prices in?

All of our prices are in USD (United States Dollars). For current exchange rates please visit your bank's website or www.xe.com

How do I use my Promo Code / Coupon Codes?

Coupon codes may be received by signing up for email or we may have a promotion posted on the website.
You must enter the complete code in the coupon code box at checkout. You will see the details of the offer in the coupon code box at checkout.
There may be a minimum merchandise purchase requirement (excluding shipping and taxes).
The promotion will be reflected in your shopping bag and order confirmation.
You may only use one coupon code per order. Some codes are email address specific and/or for one time use only.
All coupon codes are available for a limited time, while supplies last and cannot be used once expired.

RETURNS POLICY

Returns are accepted within 5 days for UNUSED and UNOPENED items.
After the 5 day period has passed, we will not grant any return requests.
A 15% restocking fee and the original shipping charges paid will be deducted from the refund.
All products carry a 30 day replacement/repair warranty.
Warranty only applies to product defects, and not damage from misuse, abuse, or physical damage.
Please contact us prior to returning an item to receive a return authorization.
Products sent back without a return authorization will be refused.
Once approved, the buyer is responsible for return shipping charges.
The package must be insured for the final sales price.
Returned merchandise must include the vendor packaging and all contents, and must be in the same condition as when it was received.
Upon receipt, we will test the item for functionality and inspect it for physical damage and/or abuse.
A product of the same functionality will be provided once the return has passed our inspection.
If the return does not meet any of the above conditions, the product will be returned to the buyer at the buyer's cost.

DO NOT disassemble the product! This will VOID THE WARRANTY.
